Rules men of 36 and older. Cerebral, concentrated, intelligent, objective, scientific and focused. Ingenious and perfectionist, excelling at technical work, electronics, computers, analysis, investigation and architecture. They are precise and quick-witted. Logic and discrimination come easy as do new ideas. Adroit critics, conversationalists, observers, they usually have a sarcastic sense of humor. They have a thirst for knowledge and facts, possess good judgment and are usually restless. In normal circumstances they can develop into very wise and philosophical people, though usually with a penchant for complexity.

In the lower-octave person there is hyper-cerebrality, abstraction and tunnel vision. They are given to skepticism, cynicism, lack of emotion, even cruelty, with a belief in the survival of the fittest, that life is a struggle to be won. They are against the directness of simplicity and crave competition. Machiavellian and untrustworthy they put their personal beliefs and ideals as priority over the needs and rights of others. They dislike letting go of ideas and opinions etc; Usually nervous, haughty and in a hurry with little time or care for the less intelligent or motivated. Their friendships are rarely true or deep. Cross-purposes. Poor decisions resulting in losses. Lapse of good judgment. No intellectual progress. Misguided plans, methodologies or approaches. Bad friends who deceive. Disorder. Scatteredness. Procrastination. Not seeing ahead clearly.

Advises us to renounce the “struggle” mentality and develop simplicity and emotional resonance, to let go of an overly cerebral, or critical attitude.

Occasionally, depending on question or position, it can tell us to get sharper in terms of thinking, interests, communications. It may suggest slowing down so as not to miss important chances or details.

Rules women 36 or older. They are mature, intelligent, observant, concentrated, determined and precise, with a biting sense of humor. They are masculine in disposition, somewhat cool, detached and unemotional. They excel as counselors, advisors, teachers, judges, lawyers and designers and mathematicians. In the arts they make prodigious dancers. They also do well in publishing, criticism, editing, technical writing and law. They make outstanding architects and artists. They are consummate actors.

The low-octave person is detached, mental, cruel, opinionated, calculating and manipulative with very strong, though irrational, convictions. Heartlessness. A person who cares nothing for the welfare of others, who is adept at games. They never lose sight of their own agendas or goals, and consider other people as disposable pawns. They are expert at facades, covering their tracks and making others believe exactly what they want them to believe. The love, generosity, or virtue in others are there to be manipulated and used. They are expert at appearing neutral, are very patient, and able to endure a long time in order to get what they most desire. They see far ahead and are adroit at confusing their victims who, under their influence, fail to heed their own intuition. 

In life, it indicates order, precision, skill, accuracy, insight, knowledge, penetration, self-reliance, objectivity, learning, fairness and good judgment. Powerful natural intelligence. Also etiquette, propriety, honor, morality. Total honesty in communications. Consistency. Holding to our truth against all odds. Direct expression. A period of self-analysis and observation. Also represents evil, and deceitful individuals entirely out for themselves.

Rules men 36 years or younger with scintillating minds, intelligent, inquisitive, skillful. Tireless, talkative and social, they are often perceived as genius types. They have a penchant for technology and also modern, new-age techniques and methodologies. They are not overly traditional, rather futuristic in mentality. They are innovative and airy, often distant and hard to read. When young they can seem detached and unemotional, often in a world apart. They excel in sports and games that require poise, skill, agility or intelligence.

The low-octave individual is often scattered, extrovert, haughty, superficial and given to atomization, skepticism, rationalization, meddling and dabbling. Interested in many things but not mastering any. Keeping a façade of intelligence. Nervousness, hyper-activity, craziness, hostility and chronic insensitivity, a lack of appreciation of nature, animals or the less intelligent. They often make their path harder than it is due to chronic judgmentalism. In severe cases there is a total absence of emotion and depth, with chronic self-absorption. Can show extreme detachment and disinterest. Rules hate, cunning, deceit and vengeance.

In life, it signals the discovery of new ideas and breakthroughs in modes of thinking, acting and communicating. Discovering new interests and passions and comes to new insights that seemed opaque before. Pursuance of new ideas, philosophies or lifestyles. Rules women of 36 or younger. Usually flexible, adaptable and curious. They are childish, manic, scattered, heedless and mentally different, attracted to unusual ideas and approaches. Their ideas though sometimes perceptive rarely possess rationality or discipline. There can be a lack of philosophical insight and discernment. They can over-complicate even simple issues. When young they can delve into ideas and issues beyond the level of their peers. They can however, been seen as alarmingly unusual. They do not usually like or do well in formal education settings. Often the person is a committed atheist, with little dimension or perspective, but may enjoy acting knowledgeable. They excel at sport, dancing and puzzles.

In life, it denotes original thinking and idiosyncratic attitudes. Risk. Daring. Clear, direct communications. Honesty. Messages. Information. Friends. Suggests the re-examination of our ideas, opinions, attitudes and philosophies. Revision. Exploring the realm of ideas. Incoming news that can be unexpected and sometimes upsetting. An imminent major event, or series of changes, which redefines one's entire outlook and expression on a intellectual and verbal level. A busy and exciting time for interaction and discovery. We are independent, spontaneous, and novel in our approaches, decisions and choices.
